Have almost ZERO desire to play CG 2k14?

After all these feature reveals, man I don't want to go back. I want to play some NBA so bad, but how can I put effort and time into a game that I am going to trade in in 12-47 days? (If I decide to wait until X-Mas my girl said she will get it for me 100%, if I want it early, I will have to trade in my PS3 and only get 2k14)

At this point, I'll trade in a kidney for a PS4 and 2k14. Hahaha.

Anyone else having trouble going back to CG after today?

I watched the real voices trailer and sold my PS3/2K14 10 minutes later. Called my boy and told him to come pick it up. I was actually playing it when I saw the new trailer. I looked at CG in disgust and said screw this.

I can't trade the PS3 in yet because I have to do some work in BF4 before PS4...

...but I think sports games might be dead. First time since pre-NBA Live 95 that I won't play at least one NBA game a day.

This is gonna be a rough week with no basketball gaming, but I couldn't do it. I tried to continue playing and it was just unsatisfying to me. I NEED next gen right about now.

Actually makes me want to play 2k14 so I don't completely suck when the new one comes out but thats because well, i suck haha.

I havent picked it up. I have a PS4 on order but seriously considering cancelling it because nothing that is coming out has me saying "I really need to get this". The games I want to play are out on current gen and the next phase of games for next gen dont start rolling out till the spring.

I was hoping that Live was going to make me decide i needed the 4 but thats looking less and less likely and MLB will probably be the game that forces me to pick up the 4.
