Wasn't it said that they never happen in game? Well, Jose Calderon just twisted his ankle in a Mavs-Nets game I was playing. Just like in 2K11, the camera cut to him, he kneeled down, then the announcers talked about how he was hurt blah blah blah. 1st one I've had in over a year of playing.

No idea what game mode you're talking about. They do get injured, depending on the game mode you're in.
Tim Duncan, my only Gold player, got injured in MyTeam 2k14.
I thought that was hilarious, only time it's ever happened to me online. -

It will happen on the rare occasion with default settings. If you want to see injuries happen at a more realistic pace in games played, just raise injury to 52 and I would lower how bad the injury is to 48, that way you will get minor injuries with a few major scattered in. In Association mode I would lower injury frequency when simming the other games other wise there is usually a lot of injuries that happen in simmed games.Everyone who exalts themselves will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted- Luke14-11
