    When your MC messes up...

    how do you go about getting your VC back? I know some people had been able to get a VC refund when their MC save messed up. How did it happen?

      Does anyone know if I can get my VC I spent on my messed up career back?

          This happened to me once. I called 2k and they wanted me to send a picture of the corrupted file through the Xbox screen and through the game screen. I just used my phone to snap a crude picture of the TV. Within a day or two I had all my VC back.

          EDIT: This happened to me with 2k13, but I imagine the policy is the same
