Who should I rebuild next?

So I always love to Rebuild teams, because I'm a Cubs fan and I usually have to. I've won the Championship with the Bulls, Bobcats and Raptors at this point, who should I do next that will prove a huge challenge? Raptors were the hardest, but I managed to do it by 2019. I only play the playoffs.

Milwaukee. Or the Knicks/Nets with those awful rosters and salary caps. Although I bet they're both still very overrated in the game, haven't checked in a while.

Bucks or even the Jazz might be fun. Or the Lakers if Kobe is injured and still on the books. He is a big salary cap eater and doesn't allow you to do much with the rest of the roster.

I agree with the posters who voted Milwaukee. I'll also throw Washington out there as an option. They're pretty much the definition of mediocre and have some large contracts that eat up cap space.
