When the game first loads the custom shoes load always crashes the game, I deleted the setting and game data, but I wanna add custom shoes without the game crashing, HELP

im also experiencing that... hope they fix this bug... are you also experiencing white/grey or black/grey colors of downloaded shoes? -

It was happening to me. Then I started the game and wait and let it start auto playing a demo game then I stop the game and it loads up to the home screen. You can see if that works for you.Comment

Okay I found that only the added/updated shoes such as the Melo M10 or LeBron XI, when customized, are causing the game to crash not the other shoes that were in the game at release day."Hard work beats talent when talent fails to work hard"-KD
