Been wondering the same question as OP.
I feel like this should have been more widely stated... are any of the new features at all that are advertised with 2k15 available on last-gen? I really would like to know

There is an association mode with f'ed up draft classes that will ruin the league in a few seasons...

Not with ratings, like ball handling and post offense (and around 7 others), that are at the min for all the generated rookies. So you have 7' centers that can't post up at all or PGs that can't dribble.

No, it isn't in. There's still just the classic association. What I really wish is for MyGM in last gen. That would have been an extremely interesting mode.

I ment how it ruins the league by the 4-5 year all the rookies in the first draft are 87+ overalls and then lebron cant be signed cuz of the salary cap

I was really disappointed that my league is current generation only. I could see myself playing that mode for years. And as great as it would be to have a ps4, I can't justify buying a ps4 for one game. Expecially when current gen doesn't support last gen games.
