How can I select the person I want to run the pick for a pick and roll. I found videos it states to tap L1 & select player. But when I tap L1 it pulls up quick plays. If I hold L1 down it automatically selects player for Me. Also can I select anyone for pick or is it just PF & C?

Tap L1, then tap R1 for positional playcalling, then press and hold the player icon.
