You have to wait a week or something, new users aren't allowed to do things like post new threads, vote on polls, etc. Although if you joined in February you should be fine...

You have to be a supporter of OS to have a custom picture.

You should be able to choose any of the provided logos though when you are at your PC.

So I tried coming to this forum from my GS4 and it said my IP Address had been banned? And then when I tried coming to this forum on my 5s none of the boards load. But it's working fine on my Mac. Any idea what's up?
