You havent even lost the game yet.....
If your stats are that close then you may lose some games as well (support cards effect the result of matches too). Odds are, things will even out in the end towards the better team.

Try having that happen in the final and losing 4 straight...

What's even stranger is this season, i had 6 games already (2 win, 4 loses) where the losing team had 100-300+ in each category (4/4) and still lost...

Basically luck is part of the equation for any simulation and even in real life so having a better line-up is not a guarantee win (unless its way better and seems like 100-300 isn't "way better"). There could also be more in the simulation (i.e. support cards, player skills, players themselves, etc).

At least you don't have players with 2-3x the points as you in each category. Pick your battles. Either you play ppl with similar stats and you have a chance to win or you play people that have 2-3x your stats and you have no chance to win.

Dude is right. I've played some 15 or 20 seasons and with the exception of ONLY the first two, I've been outmatched by at least 2 guys by around 1000 in each category. My last season just ended, I think I ended up going 2-80 or something after I literally stopped playing when my first game was against some dude with 4,000 in each category compared to my 2000, 2100, 2200, and personal high of 2400.

And how do you propose I "pick my battles" in season mode hey?

Pick your battles as in stop complaining about being teamed up against people that have stats that are very close to yours only cause you lost. It could be worse and every season 3-4 players have 4-6k in each category and you'd have maybe 2400.

No actually it's been balanced.
I was the highest in that season and everyone was within 200 of each other.

Not only that you can't pick a battle in season mode. You don't choose who you're up against so pence again lolfail
