It was basically like giving away 1000 epic packs. Basically those that played at that time got free epic/legendary packs.

500+ games at Epic+ after supposed "new system fix" post bug...not a single UR. LOL. Sure looks like they "fixed" the drop rate system.

They did. Now it just takes super long but you will get UR soon.

This is from my experience. Before the new quick game system implemented, I got no Epic or Leg from draft board except for freebies.
After the maintenance, I started pulling epics and legs. I found out that after getting at least 2 epics, I would get a leg for sure. So I was assuming each Epic boosted the odds of getting leg by 40~45%.
Yesterday after the new system fix, I grinded for a couple of hours and got an Epic. This morning I grinded and got an epic. So if you keep grinding you will get a UR for sure. But for me after getting 2 epics, no sign of leg so I am assuming it will take at least 3~4 before a leg and thus reset.
