App is blocked in my country, Uruguay, why? No one complained when I bought the game on Steam, how come I can't download a free app?

If I use alternative app stores or download the apk the app has an error when downloading additional content because I didn't purchase the app.

The same happened with MyNBA2K15, eventually Amazon released their version and it worked but they always fell behind with updates.

Iwould love that, too. Accidently pressed Enter when I wasn't even finished entering the name.
But I guess there is no way to change your name (like last year).

When trying to link my PSN I get stuck at the PSN login screen and it freezes on me. Is there a fix to it or has anyone ran into the same issue?

Do the same rules apply about PRO'ing a card. do they need to be maxed? I have like 5 uncommon dante exum and I was going to pro him. The FAQ doesn't answer this.
