This is true but I believe that if their only worry is the outside shot then it is survivable. You have to have a strong post game in order to have uncontested 3's. I feel like TD and LA can dominate the paint, then the only teams with size (Clippers and Rockets) will be a problem. Then James Harden stepping up his defensive game will be the biggest threat.

Question to your theory/logic though:
When did GSW ever play Inside-Out basketball? Especially last year when they won it all?
Your view is solid, and its like hearing Barkley repeatedly preaching "live by the jumpers, die by the jumpers".
I never believed that GSW won by the jumpers, instead they won by their D.
As for the Rockets, as long as the Star player does not step up the D, they wont be a threat to THE SPURS.
Now LAC got the strong pieces in all spots, it is make or break for them; if they dont win with this LU, it is highly doubtful if they ever would.

I agree that the Warriors did not play a lot of inside out offense due to their freakish shooting abilities. But...they definitely relied on having Bogut hold down the post with Dramond Green being a reliable scorer in the paint. When Bogut went down, they struggled with post scoring and post defense.

We both agree in 1 thing then, it is not GSW. But then again, who betted on them last yr? Having a rookie coach and worries about health and etc.
Now they have a yr with great chemistry, familiarity and a ring to strengthen their bond further. Those are intangibles and are quite heavy factors since their LU is relatively young.
They may not be the biggest threat to the Spurs in my opinion but they are still the champs so they deserve the due respect on being title contenders once again.

Thats why my main concern arent warriors.
Manu isnt big issue anymore.
