MyNBA2K16: Star Tier and Tanking for Ben Simmons Quintet

Do the following bottom five teams in standings (as of 12/3/15) deserve a Star Tier card outside of Pelicans' Anthony Davis?

1. 76ers (1-19)
2. Lakers (3-15)** {to 76ers if falls out of 1-3 slot}
3. Pelicans (4-15)*
4. Nets (5-13) {belongs to Celtics}
5. Nuggets (6-13)*

* - already featured in Rivals Clash event
** - already featured in Road to the Championship event

Choices are based on "best overall stats" through the first two months of the season. I'm bringing this up just in case there's a future Rivals Clash featuring these teams in the next tier. Basically, we're trying to avoid the RC Star Kobe & regular Star Swaggy P from last year's app.

Most likely retro players will be featured in future tier cards and in future event cards. What say you? Make your votes above and arguments below!

76'ers - none (Legends like AI, Dr.J etc.)
Lakers - none (Legends, but they will probably do a Kobe Star too)
Pelicans - AD
Nets - Brook Lopez (20pts, 8.5rb and 2.2 block is pretty good)
Nuggets - none (no real stars currently, so should be legends too)
