A Request for CD: Guaranteed Wild Card Packs

Just opened another 5 packs, and... Nada. That makes it 2 for last 41. I don't know what is happening to me.

Without any guaranteed packs or reset system, I could keep opening another 20 and it's still likely I won't get any WC. WC comes very easy for some people, but for a few others like myself, it just seems impossible to land one, so I am hoping CD could do something to even out the odds somehow.

Maybe 50-60k for guaranteed pack a bit low, but I definitely don't agree with 150-200K being the reset mark, it doesn't help level the playing field for the unlucky ones like I am suggesting, when there is a 100K spending difference on just ONE WC.
