another unfair ban

4 days and still no answers about my ban !
This is extremely unprofessional. I have emailed support through the app many times and yet have not received a single response not ONE response !

Most tickets take about 6days to get an answer. It's absolutely ridiculous agreed, but it is what it is...

I never never never cheated ! i always played by the rule since 2014 !
Just because i'm tapping too fast with graphics set to low on my tablet , they think i am a cheater ?
Is it possible to sue for libel?
