Is it possible to sue CD for libel ?

My account was banned last week and i finally have a response from support:

It's BS ! I never never never cheated ! i always played by the rule since 2014 !
Just because i'm tapping too fast with graphics set to low on my tablet , they think i am a cheater ?
Is it possible to sue for libel?

I understand the frustration but according to their data you're speed hacking or using a bot, can they give you more info? How many games per minute were you playing? What's the average? What's the threshold for a ban? They probably won't give you all this info if any but that's where I'd go next
