Rayhoops1 over at NLSC is finishing up a 94-95 season mod for NBA 2K11. It looks pretty good. He has a couple of previews up, check him out. Thank you Aloncho, Juan, and STC for giving him a base to work with.

If you haven't yet. Do yourself a favor and go get the 94-95 Season mod. You wont regret it.

how do i open png3000? its a blank iff file??

it's a cyberface file just put it into your NBA 2K12 folder and replace original. If you want to open it up and extract the textures you need modtool.
