I'm pretty sure bfharrin is just posting the mod links. He is not saying he created the mod. That is just the description the author used.

Also, not sure if we have any modders on this site, but if we do, I have a request for a new floor for the Raptors. I have the 2k11 on that I was using for the 1997 Mod, that I LOVE, so if someone can convert it, then I'd definitely appreciate it.
