    Need help guys.....

    New to PC gaming......... Downloaded game from Steam and can't even play a quick game as everything is in slow motion?

    Processor: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 @ 2.40 GHz
    RAM: 6.00 GB


    Is my computer not good enough?
    Any help or advice?
