Online Account keeps Deleting?

Hey guys, have you noticed that every few days you have to re-create your online account? When I booted up the game today to get the new Nike Lebron 9s I wasn't able to get the update at first since my account got deleted. I tried logging in with my old username and password but it keeps saying that the server is not available. So I had to recreate my username/password and input my cd key and restart the game. It worked and I got the shoe update.

But it gets annoying that I have to do this every few days. Any solutions?

BTW I'm on the PC, don't know if guys are experiencing the same thing for PS3/360
