Need Help

I've been experiencing some problems in my player, every time the 1st and 3rd quarter ends there is this kind of like advertisement that shows the next game and after it the game just froze, can you help me fix this? or is there a way to turn off this feature, I play on PC. Please I need help. This thing really pisses me off, anyone that tell me how to fix this would be a great help!

Not sure how to fix this.

Have you tried spamming your button to skip things when you know a moment like this is coming?Maybe just to get you by til a patch or someone with better knowledge can help.

sometimes it doesn't freeze when i skip it but most of the time it freezes, hope that the patch comes out soon
