I was wondering if those rating and coaching scales work the same with NBA 2k11.....do they?

The ratings and tendencies will, but I can't remember if the coaching sliders or gameplay sliders changed from last year. I'm pretty sure the gameplay sliders changed.

Slimm FYI. your roster works absolut brilliant with true gamer's sliders. 2nd: i tried somethin with your roster and it worked FANTASTIC!!!!! i set the tempo slider for every team to 100: it improves the flow of the game! it's still not as realistic as in real life but we all know this is a game and 2nd maybe 2k worked on their engine and it will be better next time. BUT what stands out most...finally we will get Realistic Sim Stats!!!!! PPG: you will see bryant durant always hanging around 30 or 30+; RPG: multiple player over 10+ howard most of the time i simulated gets around 14.5 love 12.5-13.0 (could be better, but anyway i can live with that, maybe lower his teammates reb skills...); APG WOW!!! this area will improve like you never seen before!!!!! test it and you will see what i'm talkin about; SPG this was always OK. ; only BPG bothers me the avg. of the best shotblocker is around 1.5 hmm.... i don't know how to improve that... higher block ratings...?

Thanks man. Nothing can be done about blocks. Its a flaw in the similar engine. Also, if you set the rotations correctly for all teams at the beginning of your association/season the numbers will be even better. 2k always resets the rotations in these modes which is highly frustrating. Not to sound arrogant, but all ratings are accurate. When the MPG are not correct, it skews similar stats.

i know the thing about minutes and hope it will be solved with patch. i wonder is it really that hard to work on that. i think it's not that difficult to assign players the right minutes and let them play those for 82 games. ofcourse +/- 1 min is ok but mmh... -10-15% of playing time less... yeah and those blocks per game.... did you also assigned playtypes for all players cause to be honest i did'nt look up
