No... they really don't. slimm44 is absolutely correct in his assessment of why younger guys should not have POT above 75 unless they have superstar potential. There are thresholds where potential and progression change drastically and you should take the time to understand those thresholds if you're going to make recommendations to a roster maker that has likely spent far more time researching these matters than 99% of gamers.

Just my 2 cents. Research before making recommendations for change.

Yeah, it works now.I will test them a bit later and then i hope i can finally start an association :P

Oh and is Gerald Green in the game or are you going to add him?He is such a flier, ireally would like to have him in my team lol :P Isiah Thomas have started to play much better also so imo his ratings atm should be a bit better, maby you can help what changes i must do if you don´t have time or something.

Do the sliders and roster work or apply for the post patch? I used your slider and I'm having a hard time with my jump shot.
