Well I accidentally made my player to be born on 1988 so now in my player mode it says he is 23 years old. However, to me this is to old to be a rookie and I want it to be around 19. Is there any tool or mod out there I could possibly use to change this?

Yap, Reditor, but not the free edition, has that option.

There are other trainers out there that can edit players, that are free. Check Moddingway.com and NBA-Live.com.
