NBA 2k12 PC, commentators gone

Playing NBA2K12 PC and besides not being able to connect to the servers to sign in, it seems that the commentators are gone.

I've checked the settings and can't find a setting that may have been messed with. Any thoughts?

Same issue here I'm currently redownloading from steam.

Edit: Diddn't work. Commentators are still gone and I can't update the rosters and I'm stuck with the default roster Great job 2k!

I'm a 36 year old guy brand new to the game. So go easy on me as I'm quite new to all this haha. To get my commentators and PA Announcer back on the PC version I have to erase my online data folder? I can't seem to find it. I looked in the 2k directory in the programs file section. Thanks.
