Nike Id glitch

Hey guys i was having a problem with the nike id thing. When i was on my player jordan brand told me i could customize my shoe but when i did the screen was pitch black and i couldnt see the shoe. Now once i exit the shoe page the whole screen is pitch black while all you can see is the 2k menu .. Does somone know how to fix this ?

try deleting everything in your "online data" folder?
