Beginner NBA 2k12 Off-line Associate Team

Hi. I have an un-updated NBA 2k12, and I started to have a go on Association Mode which is offline. Its offline and I have decided to try rebuild Bobcats. I have played about 14 games so far, and this is my roster at the moment. Please feel free to rate and give comments or suggests how I make the team better. I am so new to this and I could have simply messed my team up.

SG: Anthony Wright (64) (Free Agent)
C: Omer Asik (57)

I want to try to build my team around special players like Chandler and Love, thats why I want to keep them. I am aware that I need to somehow get a good point guard to make my team stronger, but all my other players are like one star in trade. They cant get traded for good players. Should I try Earl Boykins for Redd and draft pick? Hes like 35 though. Or should I wait to get a point guard through draft picks?

p.s. Why are all my players overall rating decreasing? :O

there decreasing because of not good team chemistry and you making alot of trades downs it

Go to calendar and look down, you'll see your record and everything. Schedule practices to make them happy and give people more minutes that complain

Personally try to trade the older guys with alot of potiental, have everyone on your team 28 and under thats what I try to do unless its a superstar. Boykins is to old. Just release Redd, first how old is redd? Do you have twitter so we can talk on the tweet, or do you got steam
i recommend steam, if u don't got steam go to steampowered.com and make an account i know u cant add anyone without a steam game but other people can add u so ill add u that way i can do shift tab instead of always alt tabbing
