The first post has been updated with the roster file containing Signature Skills. Advanced, do your thing with Offensive and Defensive Awareness Ratings. Here are the scales:

Offensive Awareness = (Offensive Rating+Offensive Win Shares)

123 - 95
120.5 - 80
118 - 85
115.5 - 80
113 - 75
110.5 - 70
108 - 65
105.5 - 60
103 - 55
100.5 - 50
98 - 45
95.5 - 40
93 - 35
90.5 - 30
88 - 25

Defensive Awareness = (Defensive Rating-Defensive Win Shares)

90 - 95
92 - 90
94 - 85
96 - 80
98 - 75
100 - 70
102 - 65
104 - 60
106 - 55
108 - 50
110 - 45
112.5 - 40
115 - 35
117.5 - 30
120+ - 25

If a player has played less than 15 minutes per game, subtract 10 off their rating. Also, feel free to use ratings not on the scale. For example, if a player has a combined ORTG and OWS of 96.5, give them a 42/43.

Advanced, when you get done with the Awareness Ratings I'll finish tidying the subjective Tendencies of the teams from Memphis to Washington.

Please remember to do the last two seasons as an average. I like a two-season average more than a three for that Rating.

I posted the Sliders I use for HUM vs. CPU games in the first post. All settings should be there. I will post stats from my last two games in the morning.

slimm44, did you change your mind about some of the sig skills before doing this roster? For example, Knight doesn't have Shot Creator.

EDIT: Corey Magette has it, so you may have those two mixed up.

That would definitely be a switch-up. IIRC, Maggette shouldn't have any sig-skills. I'll look. Thanks for the heads-up.

EDIT: It looks like their names are switched in the names.txt file. I need to swap their ratings/tendencies/sig skills/hot zones. If you have any recommendations on Sig-Skills for the Pistons, let me know. I don't know much about them so the subjective ones were pretty difficult for me.

does anyone have a formula about potential+player progression ??because after 2 or 3 seasons in association,a lot of young players develop into superstars it drives me crazy
