I've been searching a lot. Problem is its 13 time and I'm playing 12 (just got it). Need some help with sliders to make this game better.

Specifically CPU vs CPU as I like to spectate my team. I want the ratings to matter so if the results were a little non-realistic but the ratings of the players came well into play, I would accept that.

Any help, greatly appreciated.
