Does your age matter on your mycareer mode? My character is getting close to 30 and I don't know if age matters yet or at all.

I haven't seen any changes in my player who is a 99 overall. I think it matters on every player except yourself.

So you could continue playing until your player is 40+ and not notice a decrease in skills?

I think once you reach a certain age, 32 or so, your stats will start to go down season by season.
