Thanks for the suggestions guys...

I turned off V-Sync, and it was really smooth (~115 FPS in the Benchmark) but induced a ton of screen tearing. I put V-Sync back on and it stays around 50 FPS and it doesn't seem smooth.

Only Steam was working in the background...using driver 13.152.1.1000/Catalyst 13.9 (non-beta)

EDIT - fixed using RadeonPro (VSync - Always on, Triple-buffering - on, Lock frame rate up to monitor's refresh rate - on)
