They make it more challenging by adding frustration. They make Hall of Fame CPU cheese a lot but I like the fun in that. Also, they directly affect the sliders. On Hall of Fame, the CPU get a boost in a number of attributes like speed, etc. which can't be maintained using the same set of sliders for different difficulty settings. Each difficulty should have their own sliders.

Jampasir hasn't replied (he's working on the shoe files first) so I guess I'll have to release v0.4 first. Maybe have the shoes in v0.5 instead.

I have decided to do some excel-work for the attributes and overalls for v0.4 and fixed the potential attributes of the players. This is for Association lovers and Fantasy Draft lovers so no illogical drafts will occur. I've done my touch on the first 8 teams of the NBA and I will still have to edit the free agents.

Major Edits:
No Consistency rating lower than 50.
Accurate Potential Rating based on Overall and Age (they are correlated in the game) for Player Progression.

Legend
Name = Name of the Player
Overall = Overall Rating of the Player
Difference = DIfference of the Overall Rating in v0.4 to v0.3

Notes
Derrick Rose is STILL a 90 despite having a below average season after playing just 10 games. However, as a countermeasure, Rose has a much lower consistency rating.
Power Forwards are finally given ratings that they deserve instead of always being in the low 80s. Particularly, players such as Kevin Love and Blake Griffin are in the 90s as Power Forwards.

Overalls are important because that's what the CPU uses to decide which players to start over the other players in Association mode. It is still manageable to control the overall ratings while achieving accurate shooting ratings.
