Quick PC question for NBA2k14

So I have NBA2k13 for PC, and I absolutely love mycareer mode. That's basically the only mode I play. I've been watching alot of NBA2k14 youtube videos, and I'm thinking of getting NBA2k14, but I was curious, are the dribble animations the same on PC? The videos are mostly PS4 gameplay apparently, and I know that the graphics for next gen are better than PC etc, but I was just curious about the dribbling. It seems so much smoother than 2k13 for some reason.

In my opinion, this years 2k is almost exactly the same as last years. The controls are a bit different. 1 Thing i noticed and liked is that you can turn the ball over a bit easier, passing it to a big man in the post might result in him not being able to secure the pass. There are a couple things that still bug me, and even a few new glitches. all small stuff ie: Im playing as the Kings and the ball goes out of bounds, the stadium announcer will say "Kings ball!" When its not. The dribbling and iso moves dont seem any different to me. Same commentary, and you still cant join a "Hoopcast simulation" say, midway thru the 4th qtr which ive been wanting to do since forever
