NBA 2K14 graphics issues?

Just got the game for my Laptop which is about a month old - game runs okay but slightly jittery - am not managing to get over 24 - 30 fps. Are my Laptop specs not up to scratch for this game?

This is only my second game i've ever played on a PC so I'm a total nOOb when it comes to this stuff....

Well 1.6GHz APU is pretty low I guess. The Laptop you use is definitly not made for Gaming.
I guess try lowering the Resolution or Details, but don't expect much from it.

If you don't mod it NBA2K runs pretty much on every PC from the last 5-8 years.
