Wouldn't you able to change it through the cfg file and lock as "Read Only" to 120Hz?

Great find. There is still some stuttering in rare occasions but its almost invisible, if I wasn't closely looking for it I wouldn't be able to notice it.

Yeah, this was my first fix for the stuttering (for me it only happened while players were in transition). Then I downloaded the latest AMD drivers and can now run normal full screen with a stutter so small that it's not noticeable in normal gameplay (I have to be actively looking for it, and it's something I can ignore pretty easily and just enjoy the game). Before the new drivers it lasted 2-3 seconds each time up the floor and stuck out like a sore thumb.

FWIW, When I was getting the stuttering it was most noticeable in scrimmage mode, probably because of the lack of on-screen activity made it stand out way more. That's probably a good place to test when trying to rid yourself of it.

Re: PC Discussions Thread

A couple of tips I picked up from the brothers over at NLSC:

1) I ran the game as admin.

2) I uninstalled AMD Catalyst 14.9 and reinstalled an earlier version (14.4)

3) I installed Game Booster.

My fps and game stability drastically increased...and I'm running this game on a laptop!

Just to add that after I did these things, this was the first time that the pregame screens finished loading BEFORE Ernie and Shaq finished talking lol.
