I opened a ticket over 10 days ago and only received automated resonses. I am worried they either don't know how to support PC or don't care to support PC players at all. Anyone heard back yet?

really guys ? they don't know how to support PC players ?

that's why we've had 2 patches that actually fix stuff already while the consoles have had none, it's why we got a dedicated 2K employee over on NLSC and here was well troubleshooting with us on a daily basis
