Looks like cdkeys has updated the product page for 2k16.

"NOTE: Keys will be delivered by 2pm GMT on the 25th of Sept."

Fun stock digital emailed me today and saying they will send out the keys Friday morning

I guess getting them Friday morning (US time) isn't too bad. I guess that is the price we may have to pay for the lower price. No idea how the keys distribution works, but I assumed keys are always available ahead of time. Seems the best success is ordering directly from Steam, Origin or GOG to get the keys ahead of time for pre-ordering.

I got my GreenMan key this morning, already pre-loaded the game.
