DLC key I got with my GMG preorder was for 2K15, not 16.

I have a pre-order DLC listed with my 2K16 in Steam, though.

Same here. Got it pre-ordered on steam but still no bonus so far.
I tried to report that on 2k support and they told me to be 'patient'

allegedly the preorder bonus will unlock on the scheduled release day. but that's only from a scattering of responses to support tickets.

I would not be surprised if that wasn't the case though.
