How do I create custom teams?

Maybe I'm missing something, but is there a way to create custom teams in 2k16? I see the MyTeam option, but it doesn't look like you can create custom teams, just the one you use with the trading card game. What am I missing here? Thanks, all!

Or is there a way to replace the Memphis Grizzlies with the Vancouver Grizzlies immediately? I want to play MY GM with Vancouver Grizzlies with their Original-Logo

You can create a custom roster in the features section, then just use that custom team in the myLeague mode.

No Create a Team mode this year so sadly no. Maybe next year
