In 2k16, i see that there is the option to create or edit a roster... but once you save it and go back to the options > Roster screen, it's the default roster that's there again (rather than my own). How do i make it so that the roster i've created/edited stays as the default?

Afaik you can't make a custom roster the default.
You'll have to select it everytime you start a quick match/practice.
