As I said, these are hotfixes meant to improve performance for as many PC configurations as possible and resolve some reported PC-only rendering issues for some configurations.

Don't expect cross-platform issues such as sweat to be fixed in these or other general game improvements, those will come with the cross-platform patches down the road. Don't have an ETA on that but we're working on all known issues.

The game still stutters for me (and many more) Lefteris. I have to force triple buffering via 3rd party programs to get a decent framerate. Also dynamic environments to off improves performance and this means bad optimization because I'm running the game on a R9 280x. In addition I have better fps with everything on high compared to eveything on low.
Edit: Is it possible to bring back in the ini file the core settings like in NBA2k14 and earlier?

so i don't know if anybody else got the same issue still ongoing. now after the patch when i'm calling plays, yes i do have the icons back, BUT!!! if i press (now i don't know if it was the right trigger or bumper on the original setting) the right trigger to display my players icons on offense before i decide to pass, i still!!! don't see any icons showing up over their heads... icons for play-calling are back but i don't see them when i press right trigger (this is my setup) to display them before choosing who i'm gonna pass the ball to... anybody else experiencing it???

Only thing I noticed was the quarter time interviews were now 60fps for me instead of around 30fps. In game as smooth as it was before

sometimes the sound of the spec. eff. goes off (no dribbling sound, ball going through the hoop with no sound etc.)

Its nice to see that 2K cares about 2k16 PC version in compare to 2K15...

I just hope you guys will release a patch where all those Cheat Engine users will be BANNED from online features...

Now that icons are back I played a very enjoyable game. I was the Knicks vs Celtics. Now I was only fooling around freelancing playing at a like all star pace. I won 111-104, was down 10 in the 3rd. Melo had 59 pts 8 reb 8 assists. Didn't even realize I shot that much with Melo. Boy are the Knicks offensively challenged besides Melo.

Cut scenes between quarters still stutter. Will you fix it until next 2k17 or copy-paste this broken ones in next year release?

if you are playing in full screen windowed mode you need to allow shadowplay to capture desktop. It's in the option somewhere.

Fullscreen and when in game vsync is on, shadow play dont show fps (havent try to record tough) but when vsync is enabled through nvidia CP, fps overlay works. Also antialiasing quality is greyed out. Gtx 970 and newest drivers but fps overlay didnt worked in previous also. And it is issue just with this game, 2k15 worked flaweslees.

Hi guys,
The first PC patch has been released for NBA 2K16. Here are the list of changes:

- Added support for 21:9 UltraWide monitors, multiple monitor displays, and other non-16:9 aspect ratios.

- Fixed an issue where frame rate could stutter (even on higher end graphics cards) in either or both of gameplay and MyPARK.

- Fixed a bug where playcalling icons were not appearing for some users.

- Resolved a driver crash on below min spec DirectX 10.0 cards, such as the NVidia 9800 GT.

- Optimized crowd rendering, resulting in slightly improved performance on many configurations.

- Fixed ‘black rectangle’ artifact.

- Removed super sample configuration option due to driver instability.

Note: We are currently investigating reports of commentary dropping out during gameplay. We will look to address this in our next patch. Thanks!
