Roster With MyTeam Ratings/Cards?

Does anyone know of a roster for PC that has MyTeam players/cards/ratings/badges set up? There was a really good one last year, and it even had multiple versions of some players.

Haven't seen any with a name that would indicate MyTeam Ratings, but hoping there's one out there.

I edited a team to mostly match one of my lineups but it takes forever and there are certain players I'd need to create completely from scratch.
