NBA2k17 my career phone text messages slow

When reading messages from the phone it scrolls down very slow. Anyway to speed this process up?

It seems to slow down to a crawl when you alt tab out of full screen mode and back in.

Seems like a lot of ppl don't know this. As soon as you start to receive the text, hit the pass button (or whatever u use to skip scenes).

activating vsync fixes this Problem for me.

Turn OFF Vsync
Turn ON Special Effects
Play in Fullscreen Windowed mode

from my experience you need to activate VSYNC.
