Here you guys go. Ok all SF and SGs block rating is at 0. Some PG's block rating is also at 0 like Jason Kidd and Baron Davis. NOT ALL PGS ARE AT 0 most are below 10 though so you should be ok.
Another thing because of player progression, before every game you MUST check your roster and make sure the SG and SFs are set to 0. You might have to do this also when your facing a certain team.
Not all SF's are set to 0 though, some were left alone because they actually do block.
If you feel that someone should be lowered or higherd to a certain number please tell me so I can update it and put a new version out of it.

Also I did not delete any files out of the save. It worked fine for me and anybody using Microsoft Memory Cards. If you need to delete some files, I hope Rickster posts his method.
