if anyone can give some CAPS for any missing rookies (either personally or EA created that would be excellent) im a ps2 user (so clearly doing it myself yet again for another video game...see nhl 09)...if u or someone you know has acces to the caps help me out plz

ps if someone gives me the "get a new system" argument ill freak

You got to update the other ones too, with the new system all the ratings are changed. Maybe there is a website for that

do you mean the rookies from the 2008 NBA draft or the 2009 NBA Draft?
