they feature:
- Rosters updated through December 3rd, 2003
- Player data and ratings updated
hope they can be of use to some ppl
included in the zip file is both PAL (.xps) and NTSC (.sps) files

- Based on Andrews NBA Live 2004 PC Update (www.nba-live.com)
- Two formats, .xps for PAL and .sps for NTSC
