After using them I can't stop playing this game! Awesome. Thanks man.
Wow, I'm appreciating all the positive feedback. Remember this is a community effort.

NBA Live '10 is really good out of the box, just needed a little modifying for those who want a little more. The game is not perfect (which game really is?) Hopefully the developers are taking notes to some of the gripes that can't be addressed by sliders.

My man, sorry for getting to you so late. You go to Roster > Edit Players > Edit Player Ratings > Once in there you'll see highlghted "EDIT ALL PLAYERS" That's where you edit Agility, Vertical etc.

free throw disparity is due to the CPU fouling to stop the clock. I got about 8-10 free throws in the last minute.

Next game vs. Heat....lets see how many times Wade goes to the line...

Side note. Lebron James was the East Player of the Month: 23.4 PPG (a little low, but Shaq is now on the team so I can live with this), 1.7 blocks, 1.4 steals...but only 1.8 assist per game? What's up with that EA?

How do the global player edits effect the DNA updates? I would assume that I would have to do them all over again every time I downloaded a new DNA update, correct? Thanks.

These sliders improved the game slightly, but its still infuriating. CPU is still shooting over 50%. Really, the CPU can just do whatever they want to do. If they're open, they never miss, period. If the shot is contested, they still make it the majority of the time. When they drive to the basket, its basically a guaranteed layup/dunk, or a foul. I just really can't stop them when im on D.

CPU defense is still ridiculous. I lowered the CPU steal and Interception sliders waaaay down from what you have them at, and I still can't make a simple entry pass down low. Getting an offensive rebound is basically pointless, as it usually ends up getting stolen before I have a chance to pass it back out.

Human FG% is great with these sliders. Thats actually what kept me from qutting on the game earlier lol

Who knows, maybe i'm just terrible at this game. Overall, these sliders are the best out there, its just that there is too much wrong with the game to be fixed.

The theory is that once the DNA updates come out that they would be wiped. No one knows for sure. For offline Dynasty mode gamers it will be unaffected.

Thanks for the feedback. As you can see by my screen shots, the biggest issue seems to be the high amount of field goal attempts by the CPU. The CPU has yet to shoot over 45% on me, and I've shot no higher than 46% I believe.

I think you just need some more practice with the game. Remember, All-Star mode was designed to present a challenge to simulation vets. I don't know what else to tell you, but hopefully with a little more playing you can get acclimiated to the game and the sliders. Remember, with this iteration of Live you really have to undo some of the things you were used to doing before. Not a bash at your playing abilities, its an adjustment period for all users, but really rewarding once you adapt.

Yeah, I just really don't know what it is that i'm doing wrong, especially on defense. No matter who it is, they'll be covered, go up for a terrible jump shot, and hit it like it was nothing. No defense can do anything about that. A lot of things that happen I can tell its my fault, but stuff like that just makes me turn the game off immediately lol.
