For the lay up foul frequency slider for the user does that mean how much I get fouled?

But yes if you increase the slider higher your players have better chance of drawing a foul on layup attempts

There's also some interesting stuff you can figure out this year with foul sliders pertaining to each players rating ability to draw fouls
