uhhh Anyone care to explain the size up to me

Hold a button down to initiate some canned animation?

    Not press but hold....

That sounds freaking 2k5 like which I hated soooooooooo much

Please tell me that, this is not going to be a problem. I hated that

      no sage...

It could be a great thing... but Im just asking for clarity from you guys, even Mike or Steph...lol

It could be as simple as 2k's click the trigger and you do a few dribble moves, which is fine by me

Sounds like some funky form of Isolation.

Branching should allow us to break out of the animation (I hope!!).

Not worried til I hear/see more of it.

I do like how it varies for different players though (ie., LeBron's Iso 'hop').

You hold the right trigger and you see a couple of dribble moves (like the ones you saw in the producer video).

It works very well, trust me. I use it ALL the time now with guys like LeBron and Kobe.

And no, crossovers aren't an exploit. It's all about who's guarding you, and how you beat them (if you beat them)

Re: uhhh Anyone care to explain the size up to me

There was definitely a difference in the dribble moves between players which is awesome (something they definitely changed, fixed or whatever you want to call it)

As you said bigeast I hope there is some interaction in between and not just 2k5 ish where they guy did nothing until the animation stopped no matter what, and the D had to stand there and watch him do it without a chance in the world

So there is no stick interaction or anything that goes along with the dribble moves? It sounds 2k like (no not 2k5) but with a different twist, and what I was hoping to hear

Ugh! I'm starting to remember this now.

They would just dribble...and dribble...until the animation was done.

Can you branch out of the sizeup move and explode with a quick first step in either direction or do you have to wait for the sizeup move to finish?

Looks like Nash exploded out of his sizeup move in the video. That was the sickest part imo. I can't wait to go iso with KB24

It sounds a lot like 2k's trigger moves IMO. I do kind of wish they had implemented this into the right stick control though, instead of having to hold down a button. I hope that they have quite a few players with "signature dribbles" like that LeBron clip.

Yeah, I think this is the main thing.

Of course you can branch out. But I'm stealing thunder. I'll let Mike talk about it.

And YES, when you let go of the trigger, you stop the size-up. LOL -- hilarious if we'd make you wait till it was over.

                            1. Would it be possible to do a sizeup to hesitation to in and out. It would look like this.

                            sizeup-hesistation-in&out

                            Another couple are

                            2.sizeup-crossover

                            3.sizeup-crossover-behind back

4.sizeup-crossover-behind back-stop&go(think what A.I did to Antonio Daniels when he faced the Wizards)

                            Can you do these????

Coming up with these helps if you've actually played basketball by the way.........I hope the defensive AI is good....if not I'm gonna have to use the Bucks or Charlotte to stop myself from abusing this like I did in Live 2003...

Edit: It sort of sounds like(what I posted above) it was typed in a condensing manner. I by no means meant it to sound that way. I apologise if I offended you. Lol I could have perhaps have worded that better
