This is a feature listed for Live 10 this year. I was going to post it in the thread about new Live info for today as someone asked what it was, but that thread was sidetracked.

Anyway, the idea of a Live season has never really appealed to me so if that is "the big news" then it would be underwhelming for me personally.

How do you feel about a NBA-centric version of whats described above (with perhaps an addition here or there?)

Umm, pretty sure their version of this mode is "Dynamic Season" where DNA updates everything in real-time including injuries, hot/cold streaks, etc. for your season. 99% sure that Adidas Live Run is something else entirely, Adidas sponsorship not withstanding.

Live Run is listed as a feature for Live 10, so I assume it will be something similar. Also, Dynamic Season is offline and unless i'm mistaken, Live Run is also an online competition of sorts. Regardless of semantics, i'm looking to stimulate discussion. What is your opinion on that kind of mode for Live 10?

Well I think that the key word here is "run" vs. "season"... they're both sponsored by Adidas but seem to have different intent. Remember that Live Season in FIFA was essentially a pay service similar to DNA coming bundled with Live 09 that updated everything in real-time.

Live Run I imagine will be something relating to online team play, where you are ranked and there is probably some sort of prize/competition kind of thing.

Live Run /= Live Season is all I'm saying... two totally different things. Live Season was basically FIFA DNA and this mode is in Live 10 in the form of the Dynamic Season mode... they are basically the same thing in different sports as far as I can tell.

Well if they are going to stick with something like that i'm sure they would include significant changes to it. I'm sure they know that some people noticed this from the FIFA game so i doubt they will make it the same, it might just be similar in name and be a completely different mode. But if you are right then...you are right.

For all we know Dynamic season or Dynasty could be the big Features and Live run may just be a simple addition. Either way they have yet to talk about all 3, so i wouldn't worry to much about 1 feature ya feel me?

I mean we are the ones that hyped it ourselves so if it doesn't exceed our expectations then it's not like they didn't deliver. We want this game to come through so bad that we started to have High expectations for the features...knowing that they delivered on the gameplay.

Live run is an online mode.. and i think OTP related.
